Return and Refund Policy 

At NeuroSight, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Period

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition;

  • be returned in its original packaging;

  • not be damaged, altered, or worn after delivery.

The following items are non-refundable, where applicable:

  • sale or clearance items;

  • gift cards;

  • digital or downloadable products.


3. Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method;

  • processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
